GEM worked with Chicago-based Portillo's to create a fully immersive VR learning experience for their new guest service rollout: The Portillo’s Experience. Learners explored the restaurant (and drive thru) at their own pace, watched videos, took quizzes, and played trivia games, all from a headset, tablet, or phone!

GEM teamed up with Chopt Salads to create their first-ever leadership training experience. To help level up their training, GEM brought their LMS to life—creating a curriculum strategy, designing interactive eLearnings, and launching the tool with a smart, multi-pronged campaign that made training accessible and engaging for every team member.
